Use of the platform
Requesters submit shipping requests (leads). Operators browse leads and may contact requesters only on an active paid plan.
Operator paid access
Contacting requesters is restricted by subscription status. The backend enforces these rules.
Billing
Billing is handled by Stripe. Charges are processed in EUR. Conversions shown in other currencies are display-only.
Audit trail
Security-sensitive actions are recorded into immutable audit logs.
